What is coworking day?

Coworking Day was designated to mark the beginning of the international coworking movement.  Each August 9th, coworkers from around the world take the day to celebrate being a part of an international movement of folks who are dedicated to openness, collaboration, sustainability, accessibility and community in their workplaces.

We are excited to host the first Coworking Day celebration in Seattle at Gasworks Park! We figured no better way to celebrate coworking than to cowork together outside in one of the city's greatest parks.

Internet access is being sponsored by Clear and we’ll have plenty of power.  We are even bringing a grill for snacks!  You’ll just need your laptop and power cord, things to grill and drink, and a positive attitude.

Transportation from Capitol Hill is being provided by Uber.  Up to 16 people can get a ride to the park and back again when everything is done.  Meet at Office Nomads at 2:30 and check in with Keith to secure your spot.
